Law enforcement officers, pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers and firefighters/emergency medical technicians can contribute to community revitalization while becoming homeowners through HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program. HUD offers a substantial incentive in the form of a discount of 50% from the list price of the home. In return you must commit to live in the property for 36 months as your sole residence.

Call me for details!

Blessings,
Trish

Supercharge your federal tax savings with the tax credit that keeps on giving.  Claim up to 20 percent of your paid mortgage interest each year you live in your home as a federal tax credit  The remaining 80 percent of the mortgage interest continues to qualify as an itemized tax deduction.  This is much better than the $8000 tax credit...this gift keeps on giving for the life of your home...

Fannie Mae owns 1500+ properties in Colorado at this point in time.  Now is a perfect opportunity to add a rental property to your real estate portfolio.  Only a Fannie Mae owned home will allow such a small down payment as typically you will need to put 20%-25% down.  Don't miss out...call me for the particulars!

Blessings,
Trish

You want to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase a home that is being sold way below market value.  The reason for the killer price is the property is a foreclosure.  Foreclosures often times have been abused, therefore, the low sales price...I have a loan program that will allow you to finance the repairs, remodel, replace the roofing, windows and doors, heating and air conditioning, purchase appliances and have your new home picture perfect to move into...Rates are low, prices are low, don't miss out on your dream!

Blessings,
Trish
